Training of Trainers
The centrepiece of WP5 — an international training event where educators learn to use the Octopus platform and methodology.

International ToT — Istanbul
June–October 2027. Hosted by Üsküdar MEM, 20–25 teachers from all partner countries receive hands-on training on the platform, gamified methodology, and inclusive teaching strategies.

Classroom Piloting
September–December 2027. Trained teachers pilot the platform with 200+ students. Feedback collected through learning diaries, surveys, and webinars.
